David is the Director of Architecture and Systems Engineering at General Radar and brings over 20 years of DoD radar and weapons systems level development and test experience to the team.
Prior to joining General Radar, David was an Engineering Fellow and Chief Engineer of AN/TPY-2 Development at Raytheon Technologies. As Chief Engineer, David led development, system test and deployment of advanced capability spirals on a regular cadence to keep pace with emerging threats. Responsibilities included the development, integration, and flight testing of advanced Missile Defense System (MDS) level capabilities with THAAD, Aegis, Patriot, GMD, and C2BMC.
David earned Bachelor’s degrees in Electrical Engineering and Computer Engineering from West Virginia University in 1999 and a Master’s degree in Electrical and Computer Engineering from University of Massachusetts, Amherst in 2001.
Jeff joins General Radar as the Director of Software Engineering, bringing to the team over 36years of experience with a variety of DoD systems.
Previously, Jeff was an Engineering Fellow at Raytheon Technologies. Jeff's extensive experience encompasses a diverse range of applications, including Radar Systems, Command and Controls Systems, Battlefield Simulations, and Maintenance Training Systems. Jeff has successfully led organizations consisting of 6-10 Scrum teams, guiding them through the entire development life cycle. From the initial design phases through system integration and ultimately fielding and sustainment. His leadership roles as Chief Product Owner (CPO) and Integrated Product Team (IPT) Lead have showcased his ability to effectively coordinate and execute the development of large-scale applications by multi-disciplinary Scrum teams.
Jeff earned a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from Merrimack College in 1986.
As General Radar’s Chief of Staff, Tricia is at the intersection between Leadership, Operations, and Engineering. Previously, Tricia spent 6 years as the Director of Communications for Denver Preschool Program (DPP), a voter-approved, sales tax-funded nonprofit under the Office of the Mayor of Denver. DPP invests in teachers by providing college scholarships and quality improvement resources, funds free preschool for families, and engages in extensive community outreach and advocacy at the city, state, and national level. It is one of the largest US preschool systems with close to 300 locations, and one of the top programs of its kind in the nation.
Tricia earned two BAs at the University of Minnesota, in Developmental and Child Psychology and Spanish.
